You may return shoes within one week of purchase provided they
are not damaged or soiled in any way. To be issued a credit, you
must return your receipt and the original box in which the shoes
were delivered. If you paid by credit card, please bring it with
you as the credit will be issued to that account.
A 10% restocking fee is charged per pair of shoes returned. A 20% restocking fee is charged per pair of special order shoes returned.
Shoes that have custom pads or inserts permanently affixed to
the shoes may not be returned. Shoes purchased on sale at a
discounted price may not be returned. For health reasons,
orthotics, inserts, socks and other accessories may not be returned.
